Trinity Seniors

Helen Sheppard, our Seniors co-ordinator, together with a faithful team of committed volunteers arranges a regular programme aimed at those who are 'young at heart but slightly older in other places'!

Our activities and groups are aimed at those of an age to appreciate free bus travel but we recognise that we all age at different rates and so some groups are more suited to the active and some are less demanding!

Below are some groups and activities that take place on a regular basis, for a copy of the latest newsletter please click here. If you want to know more about any of these groups or activities or to book a place then please make contact with us by email or phone (724319). We look forward to seeing you!
