FAQs

 

At Trinity we are setting up a mentoring network to enable mentoring relationships which provide an intentional way of engaging with God's agenda. This involves meeting up about once a month with a fellow Christian who will offer perspective, challenge and encouragement.

 

How often do mentors and mentees meet?
Mentors and mentees are encouraged to meet regularly and usually once a month, but this is something that can be decided and agreed by both people.
How long do mentoring relationships last?
This is highly dependent upon the mentor and mentee. The relationship can be from several months to years. The shortest period recommended is no less than six months and a review is a good idea after that time to check that both parties want to continue.
How long should we meet for?
Ideally each mentoring session is between an hour/an hour and a half.
