If you’d like to find a mentor then this is a great place to start. Fill out the form through the button below and we'll try to match you with someone "who's been there". A mentor's job is varied from mentee to mentee but generally speaking they offer helpful advice, share encouragement, or just sit and listen.
At Trinity we are setting up a mentoring network to enable mentoring relationships which provide an intentional way of engaging with God's agenda. This involves meeting up about once a month with a fellow Christian who will offer perspective, challenge and encouragement.
How often do mentors and mentees meet? |
Mentors and mentees are encouraged to meet regularly and usually once a month, but this is something that can be decided and agreed by both people. |
How long do mentoring relationships last? |
This is highly dependent upon the mentor and mentee. The relationship can be from several months to years. The shortest period recommended is no less than six months and a review is a good idea after that time to check that both parties want to continue. |
How long should we meet for? |
Ideally each mentoring session is between an hour/an hour and a half. |
